We’ve had a great time hanging out here in Aitutaki, but because the internet is slow, we haven’t had much ability to post photos to our photo site. Instead, we’ll share some of our favorites here, and we’ll post the rest once we get somewhere more connected.

Flyfishing on the north end of the lagoon. We hear bonefish are good sport.

Amazing burger at Kuku's. It had carrots, bacon, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and marinara sauce on it.
On another note, we found out that 2 of Aitutaki’s motus were host to the Survivor: Cook Islands season. That makes this the second Survivor location we’ve visited on our travels so far. The first was in the Las Perlas Archipelago in Panama.
We intend to leave for Rarotonga sometime tomorrow, and should be there by Tuesday midday.

I got mine in Moorea. It was made by a local artist. As far as I know it’s a representation of the bone fishing hooks used back in the day in polynesia. You have another story? Also, where is Tulum?
Hey slim, I think you need to eat a couple of those burgers!! Here I am busting my butt on the treadmill running miles and miles each day, in the hopes of loosing a few pounds, and you are hanging out in paradise dropping weight by the truck load…..now, tell me how that is fair!!??
Enjoy your final days on the water, and in the warmish weather, I looked up NZ weather, and it is definitely going to be an adjustment.

You may have been to a third Survivor location. Don’t forget the Marquises. You guys have had such an incredible trip. Can’t wait for more pictures.
